Hi there!  

Title: Manga Searches The City, Part 1

     "Maaannngggaaa!!!!!" yelled Harley as he battled to keep up with the
excited she-kat as she ran at top speed towards the library.  "Stop it, Manga.  I'm
having trouble keeping up." 

     "Well, you shouldn't have eaten such a lot of food at Kit's Burger Bar!!"
Manga yelled back. 

     "It wasn't my fault - Kit was serving a megaload of chili pepper burgers! 
How could I resist?" 

     Once inside, Manga and Harley headed for the Public History section. 
They got a big brown book that was full of newspaper clippings of what had
happened in the past. 

     "Hey, Manga, Harley, what are you two doing here?" It was Ragina on her
daily trip at the library. 

     "Oh hi, Ragina, we're just looking up the city's history." 

     Ragina ran towards both the kittens and started flicking through the book.
"Hey look! It's the day the Manges were sent to Alkatraz!" 

     "Yeah, and here's the day they returned as the Metallikats!!" 

     "Hey, it's not here!!!!!" 

     "What!!!" 

     Manga and Harley looked closer as Ragina showed them. 

     "See?  Nothing at all.....  Someone's ripped the clippings out!!!!" 

     Manga put her hands to her forehead.  "Well, you guys, looks like we've
gotta start looking all over the place." 

     The three kittens sighed and prepared for tomorrow.



     Manga, Harley and Ragina sat in Kitts Burger Bar, trying to figure out
what could have happened to the Witch Kat newspaper clipping.

     "Well, I'll tell you one thing, you two - how could a newspaper clipping
just vanish into thin air?" Ragina asked Manga and Harley. 

     Harley then commented, "There's obviously an explanation for it not being
there....."  

     The two girl kittens disagreed. 

     "Like what?" 

     Harley began to sweat under the collar as he tried to find an explanation.
"Well... uh... em.. maybe the clipping was rated PG-13," Harley said sheepishly. 

     Manga sighed and groaned at Harley's lame excuse. 

     "There's no scientific explanation at all.  We've just gotta find that
clipping." 
     
     Ragina then perked up.  "Hey, I know - maybe we could ask other katizens
about what happened 14 years ago...... We could ask someone like my brother..... 
He wasn't too young and he has a great memory." 

     Manga thought then jumped up.  "Okay, we'll go and ask Chance..... but
first let me finish my milk slushi."
