Gone With The Viper

  I was beautiful. My straight brown hair hung to my shoulders and my
brown eyes twinkled as I sat on the terrace outside Tara the Plantation
that my family owned.

  "I don't care if there is a war Amanda." Jake my father said.
"War,war,war if you say 'war' one more time, I will go in the house and
slam the door."I said. "I'm sorry honey," said he,"Let's talk about the 
barbque at Megakat Oaks tomorrow." 

  "Oh that will be a splendid afair." I said. "Want ta know a secret?
Dr. Viper is going to marry Callie Briggs."he said to me. "Callie Briggs
that goody-goody! What does Viper see in her?" And I stomped off.
**It couldn't be,** I thought. **I know,Viper doesn't know I love him.
I'll tell him at the barbque tomorrow.**

  "Hold still," said my servant Mammy."What's this?" I asked. "It's
food." she replyed. "I don't need it, I will eat at the barbeque." I
said. "You gonna eat it,"said Mammy,"I'm not going to let you go to the
barbeque and eat like a fieldhand and gobble like a hog!" she said
aburptly. "Viper says he likes girls with a healthy appetite." I said.

  "What gentlekats say and they mean are two different things and I
don't see Dr. Viper asking to marry you." she said. "Viper loves me. I
know it." I said and left for the B-B-Q. I longingly stared at Dr.
Viper, he was ever so handsome. "Viper!" I shouted. "Isss that you
Amanda?" he asked. "Oh Viper, I know you love me and not Callie Briggs.
I know that you must love me as I love you." I said to him. 

  "Oh yesss. I do." he said to me with a smile. "Marry me Viper!" I
said. "Okay my ssssweet." And me and Dr. Viper had a glorious wedding.
Jake,Chance,Felina,Mayor Manx,Comander Feral,and a very upset Callie
Briggs attended. And me and Dr. Viper lived happily ever after.
