"Chance... Why are They Staring at Me?"
Jake wonders why the she-kats at the beach keep staring at him. Must be fangirls ;) Ages ago, someone asked for something like this, and I had the sketch then... but, as usual, I was painfully slow at completely it. But... it's a full background! My first attempt at doing waves in Photoshop too.
